ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders ship same day and our state of the art systems give us the ability to process each order efficiently. Our automated picking process includes recording serial numbers and pick count using handheld barcode scanners. All orders are overpacked and sealed in brown cartons to protect the integrity of the products being shipped. Once your order ships you will receive an invoice by email including a shipping tracking waybill number, recorded serial numbers and freight charges if applicable.

We offer free ground shipping within the US on every order. Our volume based relationship with the major shipping carriers provides our reseller customers the most competitive rates for express and international shipments. Our international shipping expertise offers efficient shipment processing.

DROP SHIPMENTS
Because most of our shipments are drop shipments, we’ve developed a custom blind drop ship system. Every shipping label created has a shipper name of “Distribution Warehouse/Distribution Center”. Our custom drop ship service includes a blind packing slip which has the items and quantities ordered in the shipment, the shipping address, and we can even include our reseller customers logo.
